At just 23 years old, Sushma Reddy achieved the distinction of becoming an Assistant Manager at Andhra Bank (now Union Bank). By the age of 24, she had successfully cleared the prestigious Junior Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (JAIIB) exam and the Certificate in Investment Banking (CIB) in her first attempt — a feat recognized as exceptionally challenging. After dedicating 10 years to a successful career in banking, Sushma transitioned her passion for development and nurturing young minds into action by founding Rainbow Kiddies International Preschool.
As the Founder Director, she has grown the institution to three self-owned branches and has further launched a successful franchise model to expand the brand's presence. Under her visionary leadership, Rainbow Kiddies is setting new benchmarks in early childhood education, blending innovative methodologies and technology to empower the next generation. Her journey reflects an inspiring blend of perseverance, excellence, and a commitment to shaping brighter futures.
